The 5-20×50 Razor HD Riflescope from Vortex combines a high-transmission lens system and weather-sealed 35mm scope tube with target-style MRAD turrets and side focus parallax correction to create a versatile optic for intermediate to long-range targeting. Vortex uses an apochromatic objective lens and optically indexed extra-low dispersion (HD) glass elements to maximize the light gathering ability of the optics while minimizing chromatic aberration and preserving clarity. The resulting images are bright and sharp throughout the zoom range. This Razor HD scope is configured with an EBR-2B reticle in the first focal plane. The Enhanced Battle Reticle (EBR) pattern has a ballistic crosshair centered on heavy posts at three, six, and nine o’clock. MRAD-based sub tensions on the horizontal and vertical axes assist range and holdover calculation; dotted holdover lines divided in 0.2 MRAD increments help to determine moving target leads and wind drift compensation.
