R652.17
Winchester USA 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge features a 125 grain open tip projectile. The bullet’s defining characteristic is the aperture in the nose; this type of bullet is not to be confused with a hollow point, as it does not provide expansion upon impact. Rather, its opening is where its molten core was poured through during its manufacturing process. 6.5 Creedmoor bullet’s core is so precisely formed within its jacket, it is remarkably uniform in density and thus extremely accurate. Its stiff jacket further promotes this bullet’s accuracy by immunizing it against deformation while firing.
